Return Undamaged Products
If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase you can return it to us in its *original
condition within 14 days of the date you received the
item and we will issue a full refund for the price you
paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery
costs, wherever made by directtoyourfrontdoor, will
still be payable by the customer). You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally used for
the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return.
If you require an exchange, please place a new order
online.

wish to return, to obtain a returns number which needs
to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please state
a reason for your return.

Items returned because they are damaged,
defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because
of an error on our part or because it is damaged or
defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred
in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning
it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving
your return. Directtoyourfrontdoor will check all items
returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find
no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for
the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from
you.

Payment Terms
Prices
Goods are invoiced in pounds (£)
sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place
your order. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are
expressed exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges
will be added to the price of the goods purchased so
that the on-line order form shows the total charges
which we will debit.
The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases
and are not indicative of the price of identical goods
purchased by any other means.
We reserve the right to amend any prices
without any prior notice and to end any promotions at
any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any

ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within
the company's pricing structure. In the event that an
incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price
upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply
any product that is priced incorrectly.

We are unable to accept credit [or debit]
cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE days.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is deemed to take place when
the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address,
whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes
to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you
until payment is received in full by directtoyourfrontdoor.

and New Year, delivery may take up to 14 days. If your

working days for delivery

Exceptions to above
Drop Shipment
You have placed an order that contains one or more items
(usually larger items) which are delivered direct from
the Manufacturer (UK only). Therefore, delivery will
always default to drop shipment. Delivery for these
items can take up to a maximum of 3 weeks. The balance
of your order will be despatched immediately by TNT
next day at no additional cost.
If there are any problems concerning your order, one
of our Sales Team will contact you by email using the
email address stated on the order. Please respond as
soon as possible as this may result in a delay despatching
your order.
Your delivery cost is calculated based
on the price and delivery address.
Special rates apply for large items and
items that ship directly from the manufacturer.
Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers
charge and we will always choose the cheapest option
for the customer.
Bank Holidays
In the event that an order is placed
for delivery after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank
Holiday weekend, this delivery would then be delivered
by 5.00pm on the Wednesday. If a delivery order was
placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the
Easter Bank Holiday, this order would be delivered by
5.00pm on the Wednesday.
Where a delivery charge applies to such
items, the charge will be stated clearly in the product
text and at the checkout stage of the buying process.
All items are subject to stock availability.
If for any reason the goods are no longer available
we will notify you immediately and either: give you
the option of receiving alternative goods of similar
price and quality; or cancel the item from your order
and refund you in full. If the carrier is unable to
deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and
a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. No
goods will be left in sheds, garages, gardens or outhouses.
A member of directtoyourfrontdoor will contact the customer
to make alternative delivery arrangements. Re-delivery
will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions. If
a parcel is still undelivered it will be returned to
directtoyourfrontdoor and the customer will be notified
of its return. The customer will be responsible for
the cost of the return.
At directtoyourfrontdoor we are committed
to providing our customers with the highest quality
products. All goods are warranted to be generally free
from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for
the purposes for which such goods would normally be
used. However, on rare occasions products may be found
to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment
to providing customers with excellent service, we offer
the returns policy set out above.
All returns are the responsibility of
the customer. directtoyourfrontdoor will only cover
the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.

What type of payment do you accept on collection day?
We accept only CASH on collection day.
Do I need to call before I come to collect
my product or can I come at any time to collect my product?
You HAVE to inform us when you will come to collect
your item, as some times we do not have the item in
the collection address as we need to get it from our
supplier.
How can I order?

Product(s) did not arrive on time?
Once we recive the payment for your order, your order
will be proccessed, packed and shipped to you, unless
the delays due to the courier service, then you will
need to allow one or two weeks more for the product
to arrive to you.
Product(s) delivered to you but you were not at home?
If the product(s) delivered to you and you were not
at home, then the package will be returned to the nearest
post office in your area, this is in case if the slot
in the letterbox was too small to get the package inside,
you will be notify by a note left for you in the letterbox
left by the postman, you should pick up it within 5
working days from the post office, if you do not do
so then the package will be returned to us.
If you know that you will not be at home to take the
package, please let us know and give us the details
of your neighbour instead.

not go through. What should I do?

know before we dispatch it to you then you will get
a full refund back including the shipping cost, but
if we dispatch your item to you and you contacting us
that you did not place this order, then you will need
